Anishi Spencer took her kids to a Chicago McDonalds on February 4 to eat but had no idea they would get much more than they bargain for. Her sons Jonathan and Jacquel was playing in the McDonalds play area when they found a used condom. Her son Jacquel coughed up a pice of rubbr and she immedately took them to the hospital. She filed a law suit in Cook County Circuit Court for 50,000. McDonalds has not commented on the situation.
