Ohio grocer-landlord charged with spanking tardy-rent tenant, 29, with belt in store’s back office

An Ohio landlord has been charged with whipping his tenant's naked buttocks with a belt after he fell $2,800 behind on his rent, police say.

Ron Kronenberger, 53, is said to have used a buckle to spank his 29-year-old victim four times in the back office of his supermarket on Jan. 22 after getting angry about his lack of cash.
