Father of slain Florida teen steps into "Stand Your Ground" battle

Michael Dunn, a 45-year-old program developer, has pleaded not guilty to a second-degree murder assign in a lethal sharpened of Davis. He told military he dismissed in self-defense after arguing with him and 3 other youths in a competition application car over their shrill music.


His attorney, Robin Lemonidis, has not pronounced Dunn will plead a Stand Your Ground law in his defense. But she pronounced in media interviews that he “acted responsibly” and dismissed out of fear for his life when someone in a SUV brandished a shotgun and threatened him. No shotgun, or other weapon, was found, authorities say.
