WHITE CASTLE IS TAKING VALENTINE'S DAY RESERVATIONS: White Castle has announced that they are converting their restaurants into "Love Castles" for Valentine's Day and that reservations will be required for the evening of February 14th. The chain's VP said in a press release, "We love to offer an opportunity to create memorable moments on Valentine's Day for our Cravers and the people who love them. Valentine's Day is a day to share your passions -- for people and for food -- and we can think of no better way to fulfill our Cravers insatiable appetites then to welcome them to our 'Love Castles.'"
