The Field Museum has a new, temporary exhibit of Mummies and Dinosaurs to show the 1.4 million visitors they have each year. CT scans can now discover who the mummies were, their occupation and how they died. Technology is full of new, fun surprises. Take a look below.

President Obama casted an early vote yesterday from Bronzeville Polling Place just as many other Chicagoans have done already. He showed his ID to a judge before voting and joked with them saying please “ignore the fact that there’s no gray hair in that picture.”

Our president is always making us laugh and is setting an example casting his vote early right in his home town. Take a look at the footage below.

Ever have one of those mornings where you literally have to drag yourself out of bed and the only way you think you can function the remainder of the day is with the help of an energy drink? Better yet, how many of you are regular energy drink consumers? Whether you seldomly or regularly drink them, you might be interested in a study that is suggesting that caffeine levels are not always included on labels of energy drinks. Should they be? Consumer Reports magazine reported that even when an amount is listed on a label,  it's not a gurantee that it's accurate. Apparently 11 of the 27 top-selling energy drinks do not specify the amount of caffeine on the label of their drinks. 

Whether we want it to or not, life around us keeps moving no matter what we're doing. The best thing we can do to manage in today's world is be good to ourselves. I mean really be good to ourselves, as we are to others, respect ourselves, honor ouselves, things like that. On the Oprah Web site, there is a list of 11 simple things we can do to treat ouselves on a regular basis. The list includes partaking in weird fun activities, like doodling at your work desk and loudly singing along with the radio. After I came across this list I thought about how  I am always busy then I realized,  I can still be good to myself.  I think everyone should take a look at the list at some point today. I'm sure you'll find something that you can do to take a small break from this fast pace world we live in.

Now  ladies, we all have our preferences when it comes to hair. Some of us are and likely will remain team natural, while the rest of us prefer our extensions and nothing less. We reported earlier on Donald Trump and his antics. If you need a refresher, long story short Donald released a video challenging the president to show his passport application and college records and if the president agreed he would give 5 million dollars to a charity of the president’s choice.  Sounds funny, but he’s dead serious. Well our president has learned how to respond to these things by now. This is almost as funny as his "Romnesia" statement. Take a look at his response below.

I think the best part about Halloween are the haunted houses. Does anyone agree with me? The only thing I don't like is traveling far out to find them. Lucky for me, (and you all now) I came across this list of the many haunted house here in the city. And they are all beyond reasonable. Hey, are you a burger fanatic? If so, you may want to give this place a try. A food critic is saying that Owen & Engine, located on the city's north side has the "best burger in Chicago." The CBS critic shared that the restaurant's patties are  "an amazing mixture of ground chuck, short rib and brisket." He basically declared that the burger was off the chain, saying the "taste was fantastic. Just fantastic." That's something isn't it? Caramelized onions, and dill picle on the side comes on the Owen & Engine burger, you can add cheddar cheese if you want and of coarse it comes with fries. He also added that the restaurant's atmosphere is quite comfortable, another plus. In conclusion the critic proclaims that Owen & Engine is definitely in the top five of restaurants with great burgers. He says" They might even be number one." If no one else is going to check this place out after that review, I am!
