Parents and children can now be on the look out for Disney's new Latina princess. Princess Sofia will make her grand debut on the Disney Channel November 18th in the TV movie, Sofia the First: Once Upon a Princess. I think this is really cool. Disney finds a way to do it everytime! The film and series is designed for children ages 2-7. Disney Junior says that "Sofia is a relatable peer-to-peer princess who is experiencing many of the same social situations as young viewers at home - learning how to fit in, making new friends and conquering new skills.” What do you all think of this?

My name is Kris Kelley,your midday host for V103. I'll be keeping you company during your workday, Monday-Friday from 9AM-2PM.
I've got a PASSION for music, so I'll definitely be playing the BEST...all your favorite R&B from today and all the Old School you love: Luther Vandross, Jill Scott, Marvin Gaye, Mary J. Blige, Michael Jackson, Maxwell, Mary Mary...you name it!I'm originally from Philadelphia, but I attended the University of Pittsburgh, majoring in English. I got my start in radio at WAMO in Pittsburgh. In 1998, I moved to Detroit where I hosted the midday shift at WJLB. I moved to Chicago in 2007 and I love it! The people, culture, restaurants (especially), the lake, the nightlife and entertainment. Oh, and did I mention the food??
