Due to the pandemic we have been cooped up in the house for the past couple of years but with things easing (somewhat) it's time to get back outside. According to a survey by The Vacationer, 208 million Americans plan on traveling this summer. About 18-percent of Americans plan on taking a road trip at least 500 miles away from home.
So if you see the roads packed, airports crowded with people and other means of public transportation full, just know that everybody is probably just happy to be able to travel again with limited restrictions.
