Chicago police said charges are pending against a suspect in the fatal shooting of a pregnant woman in the Jeffrey Manor neighborhood on the South Side Tuesday. 35-year-old Stacey Jones, a Cook County probation officer was found unresponsive on the porch of her home. Jones, a mother of two and 8 months pregnant and was found with two gunshot wounds.
