Longest Pedestrian Bridge Sits High In Smoky Mountains of Tennessee

If you are afraid of heights you probably are not going to want to walk across the Gatlinburg SkyBridge in Tennessee. the new bridge is the longest pedestrian bridge in America, stretching 680 feet across a valley in the Great Smoky Mountains.

Now you already have to be pretty courageous to even want to walk across this thing, but when you get about halfway through the bridge there is a glass bottom where you can look about 140 feet down. Scary! And for those of you who are really adventurous, the Instagram photo opportunities are priceless.

I love mountains, but I may have to pass on walking on a suspension bridge across them. I'm good.
