66-Year-Old Iowa Man Forced To Resign Because of His Love For Tupac

A 66-year-old official from Iowa apparently loves Tupac Shakur so much that he was forced to resign. Jerry Foxhoven, an ex-government official, university professor and recent human resources director had such a love for the rapper that he would quote lyrics from 'Pac's songs to his staff. He also hosted Tupac parties where he would have listening parties featuring Tupac's music.

As a huge fan of Tupac, I wouldn't have a problem with that at all, I actually would think he is the coolest boss ever, however, others didn't quite see it that way. Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds asked Foxhoven to resign. And it was probably because not everybody is a fan of rap, let alone Tupac.

But be that as it may, Foxhoven says he doesn't think his forced resignation is due to his love for 'Pac, but if it is he would be deeply disappointed. I'm sure with his background as an educator he will land another job soon. I'm glad Mr. Foxhoven took a stand and tried to show people that he is just human and can relate to all kinds of people, but I'm kind of sad he apparently lost his job over it.

In the immortal words of the late Tupac my message to your Mr. Foxhoven: "Keep Your Head Up."
