And The New Royal Baby Name Is ...

Alas, a name for the Royal Baby of Sussex. Okay, we don't have to refer to him as that anymore because his name has been revealed and it is -- drumroll please -- Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor. You may be saying, "Archie?" Well if you are just know that Archie is a German name that means "truly brave."

I like it. I think it is a great balance of a modern and traditional name. Of course part of the name is a family name, so they couldn't move away from tradition too much. But you know Duchess Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are not about all of that royal stuff, and they had to change it up a little bit and I think they nailed it with the name Archie.

I have to admit when I first saw the name Archie I immediately thought of the comic books, but now I'm all good lol. I get it. And I get the new school royals too and how they're trying to step away from decades of royal tradition. And just for the record, Baby Archie is seventh in line to the British Throne so you can side-eye his name if you want to.
