Victim ID’d in fatal South Side shooting

Here we go again. Too many guns in the hands of incompetent individuals with terrible results. A 33-year-old man was identified as the victim in a fatal South Side shooting early Saturday morning, Arthur Delaney, 33, was shot and killed inside his home near Drexel Avenue and 130th Place around 12:45 a.m. Saturday. Police said a fight broke out between four people inside the home. Someone then pulled out a gun and shot Delaney in the neck. He was taken to a hospital and later died from his injuries. No one was taken into custody and police are still investigating.
