Police Search For Suspect After Shooting At Hyatt Regency [VIDEO]

Chicago police are searching for a suspect after an accidental shooting at 150 E. Wacker near the Hyatt Regency Friday afternoon. 

Chicago Police Cheif Communications Officer, Anthony Guglielmi, reports the incident occurred after an offender mishandled a weapon and grazed 2 female victims with non-life-threatening injuries. 

The victims are being transported to Northwestern. The suspect is still at large.

10:39 a.m update: Police report they know who they are looking for.

11:00 a.m. update: "24-year-old man was checking into a hotel when it fell and accidentally discharged, injuring two women in the legs. The women were not shot, but were injured by debris from the bullets." - ABC 7 Chicago

11:29 a.m. update: "The bullet hit some tile and the debris hit three people. They were hospitalized and expected to be ok." - ABC 7 Chicago

12:00 p.m. update: CPD reports the suspect is from the south suburbs.
